Job summary

Amex GBT seeks a travel advisor to arrange corporate travel for individuals and groups, using Sabre and other GDS tools. You will analyze options, anticipate traveler needs, and upsell additional services while ensuring policy compliance.

This role emphasizes superior client service and collaboration within the team. You will coordinate domestic and international itineraries, including air, rail, and hotels, and respond to special requests with professional communication and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Conduct analysis on travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international travel with air, rail, and hotels.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), Sabre (training may be provided).
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, providers, and regulations.
• Provide positive phone service and respond to special requests.
• Collaborate with the team to coach and mentor for better service levels.
