Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a corporate solicitor with strong Technology & AI law experience to join as a Consultant Partner in a fully remote UK role. You will manage a broad range of corporate matters, develop client relationships, and participate in business development while enjoying flexible hours and autonomy.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and capable of building a scalable practice with a client following, under a competitive fees share structure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Capable of generating work via existing contacts and business development.

Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law experience, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
