Kingsley Wood is a leading legal consultancy enabling experienced lawyers to run autonomous practices within a supportive platform. We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong technology and AI-focused expertise to join us as a Consultant Partner.

As a Partner in this fully remote UK role, you will manage high-value corporate matters, develop your own client relationships, and participate in business development to grow a sustainable practice within the Kingsley Wood network.

Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law with Technology & AI focus.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to generate work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial with a plan to grow own client following.

The Role

We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law experience, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
