Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a corporate solicitor with a strong technology and AI focus to join as a Partner in a fully remote UK role. You will have autonomy to manage client relationships, drive business development, and lead on complex corporate transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years PQE, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow their own client following within a modern, flexible platform.

The Role

We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law experience, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.

• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
