The Role

We seek an experienced and proactive Corporation Tax Senior Manager to join our Transactions Tax team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical tax knowledge, provide strategic commercial advice on transactions, and manage risks effectively. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, leading projects where possible, and contributing to the growth of our Transactions Tax practice.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate tax at manager level, preferably within a top 20 professional services firm.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of tax law, regulations, and corporate M&A advisory experience.
