Job summary

Crowe Watson Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to lead a varied portfolio across compliance and advisory work for a growing client base.

You will mentor junior staff, review returns, and develop client relationships while contributing to business development; the role offers progression towards senior management within a respected firm. Salary £55,000–£65,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong corporate tax background gained in practice.
• At least five years' experience within a UK Practice environment.
• Proven experience managing a corporate portfolio across compliance and advisory work.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments.
• Excellent client facing skills, commercially minded and proactive.

Corporate Tax Manager

A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Manchester is looking for a CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified Corporate Tax Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio across compliance and advisory work.

The tax practice is technically strong and growing, with a client base spanning a broad range of sectors that keeps the work engaging. There's a supported route to Senior Manager for someone who combines technical ability with commercial awareness and leadership. Crowe Watson Recruitment knows the Manchester corporate tax space well.

What's the day to day of the role:

• Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory services
