I am working with a well-respected firm in the search for a Corporate Tax professional to join their team in Reading, at Senior Manager or Associate Director level.

Your Role as Corporate Tax Associate Director

• Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base.
• Build Relationships: Act as a key contact within the firm, forging strong internal and external relationships.
• Manage a Portfolio: Oversee client engagements, billing, and cash collection, identifying opportunities for enhanced service and improved recoveries.
• Ensure Quality: Monitor and address potential risks, adhering to the firm's quality control procedures.
• Develop Talent: Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
• Lead Projects: Drive large and complex projects to successful completion.
