• Manage a portfolio of private client tax clients with high service levels.
• Provide technical advice across private client tax.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with payroll, audits, and accounts as needed.
• Participate in networking and marketing with tax partners.
• Lead or assist with tax consultancy assignments, particularly IHT.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and explain complex issues clearly.
• Support development of junior staff and associates in technical compliance.
