Job summary

iMultiply is recruiting a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to lead a portfolio of UK corporate clients, delivering compliance and advisory work with senior leadership oversight.

You will supervise junior staff, drive collaboration with audit teams, and contribute to planning, international tax, and transactions. A strong ethics, deadline discipline, and client-focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ATT/CTA with at least 4 years in corporate tax.
• Experience managing corporate tax compliance portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and international tax concepts.
• Proven ability to review work and supervise team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple client demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of UK-based corporate clients, including SMEs and larger groups.
• Oversee compliance processes, including preparation and review of corporation tax returns.
• Contribute to tax advisory projects, including transactions, planning, and international tax.
• Coordinate with audit teams and other stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
• Supervise and develop junior staff through coaching and review.
• Identify opportunities for new business and support proposal development.
