Job summary

PRO TAX is seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join its advisory & compliance practice in the UK. The role combines technical tax advisory work with complex compliance across a portfolio of high-profile clients, offering broad experience and progression opportunities.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage compliance engagements, and help businesses navigate an increasingly complex tax landscape while coaching junior colleagues and collaborating with other tax

Qualifications

• ACA, CTA or equivalent tax qualification (or working towards completion).
• Strong UK Corporate Tax experience in a professional services environment.
• Exposure to both advisory and compliance work.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advice.
• Genuine interest in working with complex multinational businesses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate tax advisory projects for large UK and international businesses.
• Manage corporate tax compliance processes for a portfolio of FTSE-listed and privately owned businesses.
• Provide technical input on group structures, transactions, risk management and tax planning.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Coach and support junior team members.
• Work collaboratively with wider tax specialists to deliver joined-up solutions.
