This position, known internally as Corporate Real Estate Surveyor, involves managing NFU Mutual's occupied/leasehold portfolio across the UK, including Northern Ireland. The portfolio includes a mix of asset classes such as offices and retail outlets.
You will be responsible for implementing property portfolio strategies, managing lease lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet space requirements and manage costs.
The role involves supporting short-term projects and encompasses many facets of general practice surveying. It requires travel across UK sites and a hybrid working arrangement.
Candidates should be RICS qualified, demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, and have experience in commercial surveying. A team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and high-quality work standards are essential.

Salary circa £55,000, company car or allowance, annual bonus up to 17.5%, contributory pension up to 20%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and various health and wellness benefits.
