I’m working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking a talented Senior Associate or Legal Director (8+ PQE) to join its Corporate team. About You

You’ll be an experienced Corporate Solicitor with significant post-qualification experience (8+ PQE) in:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Restructuring and reorganisation work
• Advising owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and large corporates
• Running deals independently while supporting and mentoring junior team members

You’ll combine strong technical skills with a commercial and pragmatic approach. Clients value this team for advice that is “down-to-earth, practical, and highly commercial,” and we’re looking for someone who can continue to deliver at that level.

The Role

The Corporate team’s core focus is on M&A and restructuring transactions, typically valued between £3m and £30m (with deals both larger and smaller). You’ll:

• Lead transactions and provide support on larger, complex projects
• Work closely with clients across sectors including owner-managed businesses and corporates
• Build on existing long-standing client relationships and professional networks
• Play a key role in developing the practice, with the support of an experienced partner group
