Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law.
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Partner with capacity for business development and client relationship management.
• Collaborate in building a sustainable client following and fee arrangements.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
