Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join as a Partner, with autonomy over client relationships and fee structures in a modern, flexible setup.

You will drive business development, leverage your existing client base, and thrive within a supportive platform, enabling growth of a sustainable practice while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to generate work through existing contacts and BD initiatives.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
