Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor on a fixed-term contract to join a leading global law firm, based between Surrey and London.

You will handle private M&A, joint ventures, investments and governance, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters. As a senior team member you’ll own smaller matters and co-lead larger transactions with partners, while having direct client contact.

As a senior member of the team, you'll take ownership of smaller matters and workstreams while co-leading larger transactions alongside partners, with direct client contact and opportunities to supervise and develop junior lawyers.
