Forbes Solicitors LLP is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join the Corporate team at Gordon House Office. The role is full-time, 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, based at Gordon House Office in Lancashire region with convenient travel links.

You will handle corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, buybacks, and shareholders’ agreements while delivering strategic guidance to clients and maintaining high professional standards.

Competenze

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 2–5 years PQE.
• Experience in Corporate department handling mergers & acquisitions, demergers, buybacks, shareholders’ agreements.
• Ability to manage own caseload and meet deadlines while generating fees against targets.
• Excellent client care and compliance with SRA Code of Conduct.

• Handle a varied Corporate matters caseload including M&A, demergers, buybacks, and shareholders' agreements.
• Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to clients.
• Complete tasks and documentation accurately within area of expertise.
• Analyse matters, assess risks and determine case strategies.
