William James Recruitment is recruiting a Corporate Solicitor for its Bristol office to handle a broad range of corporate matters with a focus on M&A, private equity and growth investments. The role offers exposure to high-quality deal-driven work within a modern, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years' PQE in corporate transactions, strong commercial awareness, and an entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development.

• Managing matters from instruction through to completion, with appropriate supervision
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development activity and contributing to the growth of the Bristol team

The Role
