The ideal candidate has 2–6 years' PQE in corporate transactions, strong commercial awareness, and an entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years PQE as a Solicitor with corporate transactional experience.
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions
• Supporting on private equity and venture capital investments
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and joint venture arrangements
• Providing strategic corporate and growth advisory support to clients
• Managing matters from instruction through to completion, with appropriate supervision
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development activity and contributing to the growth of the Bristol team
