Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to serve as a Partner with control over client relationships, fee arrangements, and business development. You will leverage your experience across complex corporate law to advise and grow the practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable generating work through existing contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated to grow own client following.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Partner participating in business development and client relationship management.
• Advise on a broad range of complex corporate law matters and lead on matters for clients.
• Drive growth by leveraging network and developing new client relationships.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years' + PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
