Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to work as a Partner in our innovative legal consultancy, offering autonomy and a flexible model.

You will oversee complex corporate matters, drive business development, and grow your own client following within a supportive, modern tech-enabled practice.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years' + PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
• Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
