Overview

Job title: Corporate Solicitor. Location: Oxford. Salary: £62k-£95k - depending on experience. PQE Level: 1+. Contract Type: Permanent. Working Hours: Full-time.

Role and responsibilities

My client operates one of the leading corporate teams outside of London. This highly rated group have expanded impressedly due to increased instructions and an ever-growing reputation for outstanding work and national recognition. They boast an enviable client list and are seeking a mid-to-senior-level solicitor to join their high-functioning team. This role would suit an experienced senior lawyer, with experience in private M&A and general company law, company restructurings, and private equity would also be advantageous. You will be acting on behalf of an enviable range of clients, including UHNW individuals and agile SME scale-ups, alongside household names. The Corporate team is made up of energetic and entrepreneurial partners who are looking for someone with a passion for Corporate law, to support and drive growth in this practice and engage in truly high-calibre work.

  • Private equity experience is advantageous
