Award-winning law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their prestigious legal team.

Operating as part of a strong, hard-working team, your caseload may consist of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and equity capital markets for a variety of clients which include corporations, businesses, and entrepreneurs, to help them navigate complex legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
