Kingsley Wood is a forward-looking legal consultancy in the United Kingdom offering experienced corporate solicitors a path to Partner through a consultant model. You will control client relationships, define fee arrangements, and grow your own practice with full support from the platform.

The role emphasises autonomy, flexible hours, and access to admin, compliance, and a collaborative partner network. You earn a share of your billing—75% minimum up to 85%—as you deliver outstanding client

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
