Commercial and Corporate Solicitor

My client, a forward-thinking boutique firm, is looking for a seasoned legal professional to join and offer corporate and commercial support to their client base.

The role will require an experienced and qualified solicitor with several years of experience, either operating at Senior Associate or Partner level currently. They will be expected to lead on commercial and corporate matters, including a broad range of matters such as share sale transactions (acting for sellers and buyers), business and asset transactions, etc. The successful candidate will also need to have proven business development skills with an ability to grow client relationships.

A strong client following is a must.

This role can be remote or based out of one of their offices.
