Job Description:

We are looking for an Coordinator who would like to develop their skills across a number of corporate service functions within the Group. We are looking for an individual who have some experience as an administrator and are able to adapt to work across different teams.

JOB PURPOSE

You will be providing comprehensive support to the Marketing, Exams and MIS team and the HR Team. The postholder will have the opportunity to support on exciting future projects as well,

Our Corporate Services teams cover HR, Finance, Marketing, Student Records, Exams, Estates and IT and ensure that effective support and infrastructure is in place to delivery high quality teaching and learning for our students. This post will be working across the HR, MIS/Exams and Marketing Team providing day to day support.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide an efficient and high-quality administration service across the Corporate Service Teams

Support the teams to ensure that objectives and projects are delivered on time

Raise electronic purchase orders and process invoices, liaising with the Finance function as required

Maintain trackers and electronic documents,

Marketing: Support internal and external events and activities including showcases, launches, school events and filming and photography projects.

Collate and plan internal comms to share with the group

Support social media campaigns with the creation of relevant content.

The duties and responsibilities listed above describe the post as it is at present. The post holder is expected to accept any reasonable alterations that may from time to time be necessary.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Demonstrable experience of providing high quality administration support

A willingness to develop a career within Corporate Services

Knowledge of effectively managing administrative processes from beginning to end

Able to manage own time to ensure deadlines are met.

Willing to work and contribute to the teams and able to work alone with minimum supervision at times

Experience of working with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word and Excel

Interest in developing communications internal and external

Knowledge and interest in digital and social media channels and content

Level 2 maths and English
