Formula One Management Limited is seeking a Corporate Services Coordinator to provide professional, friendly admin support to the Corporate Services team, with a focus on clothing/uniform management and Wellbeing & Fitness support for employees across Uniform, Wellbeing & Fitness and FOH services.

You will coordinate clothing collections, manage P2P processes, maintain records in D365 and Exflow, and support managers with day-to-day administration, invoices, and stock control.

Role Overview

We are looking for Corporate Services Coordinator to help with administrative support to the Corporate Services Team, providing a professional, friendly, and efficient Corporate Services experience for employees across Uniform, Wellbeing & Fitness and FOH services. Although multifaceted, the role will predominantly support the Corporate Services and Uniform Manager with clothing/uniform management ensuring all clothing and race uniform requirements for the business are met, accurately recorded and in budget, in addition to supporting the Wellbeing & Fitness Programme Executive with day-to-day administrative support to ensure complete operation efficiency across these services.
