Oculus Legal Group is exclusively partnered with a prestigious Legal500-ranked firm to appoint a Corporate Senior Solicitor or Associate (1–5 PQE) to their Glasgow office. ROLE OVERVIEW

Work closely with Partners on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, investments, and joint ventures.

Provide commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, scale-ups, and institutional investors.

Take on increasing responsibility for client relationships and transaction management.

Contribute to business development initiatives and raise your profile within the market.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

1–5 years’ post-qualified experience in corporate law (Scotland or dual-qualified).

Hands-on experience with M&A and/or investment work, ideally from a recognised private practice or in-house team.

A strong academic background and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Confident in client-facing situations with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
