You will work with senior lawyers on complex deals, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development while delivering precise drafting and commercial negotiation on a broad range of corporate matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with corporate law experience.

Responsibilities

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
• Drafting and negotiating SPAs, APAs and shareholders' agreements.
• Supporting private equity and VC transactions.
• Advising on governance and compliance matters.
• Working with senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.

The Role

From a recruitment perspective, this role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructurings
• Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and shareholders' agreements
• Supporting private equity and venture capital transactions
• Advising on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Working closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
