The role involves handling high‑profile corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity, with a hybrid working pattern.

Candidates will have 5+ PQE and a strong background in corporate law, plus excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
