Job summary

ICTS (UK) Limited is seeking a Dedicated Corporate Security Relief Officer to safeguard high-profile client sites. The role requires substantial security experience, a valid SIA license, and a strong customer-service focus. You will manage access, patrol premises, respond to requests, and maintain clear incident records.

Full training, uniform, and safety equipment are provided. Flexibility across shifts, including weekends, is essential to support a small team and ensure continuous coverage.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Corporate Security Officer is essential.
• Five years' checkable history and references.
• To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to required standards.
• SIA DS or SG license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control for buildings and car parks.
• Patrol buildings, car parks and grounds to deter and detect problems.
• Respond to customer requests and queries.
• Check and challenge ID passes with a professional and friendly approach.
• Deactivate and activate alarms.
• Unlocking and locking buildings, rooms, external barriers and gates to ensure no unauthorised personnel or hazards on site.
• Identify and report Health & Safety issues and carry out first aid if necessary.
• Maintain records including incident reports using computer- and paper-based systems.
