Job summary

ICTS (UK) Limited is seeking experienced Relief Security Officers to support Corporate Security operations across prestigious London locations. You will ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors, upholding discretion and service excellence.

Role requires a strong customer-service mindset, integrity, and the ability to work independently. Full training, uniform, and safety equipment are provided as part of ICTS’s professional team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) licence.
• Experience in security, corporate security, concierge, or customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a calm, professional approach.
• Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
• Good IT and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of security systems, fire procedures and emergency response.
• Understanding of GDPR and data handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Seven years' checkable employment history and references.
• Criminal Records Check (CRC) suitability.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• SIA CCTV (PSS) licence.
• Experience in corporate/high-profile environments.
• Experience producing professional reports.

Responsibilities

• Managing access control for employees, visitors, and contractors in line with site procedures.
• Maintaining a professional, approachable presence at all times.
• Conducting internal and external patrols to deter risks.
• Monitoring and operating CCTV, alarms, access control, and fire systems.
• Responding promptly to incidents, emergencies, and requests.
• Supporting emergency procedures, including evacuations and medical incidents.
• Verifying identification and challenging unauthorised access.
• Locking/unlocking buildings and restricted areas as required.
• Identifying and escalating Health & Safety concerns.
• Producing clear incident reports using digital and manual systems.
• Providing guidance to staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of site procedures.
• Contributing to a safe, compliant security operation.
