Aviva is seeking a Corporate Security Manager, Data & Systems to lead the development of security platforms and analytics across the organisation. You will drive improvements in access control, CCTV, incident management and reporting, while turning data into actionable insights that support smarter, safer decision-making for colleagues and customers.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to modernise security capabilities, enhance resilience, and deliver seamless, trusted systems

Corporate Security Manager, Data & Systems

Salary circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience)

A bit about the job

As our Data and Systems Corporate Security Manager you'll lead the management, development and continuous improvement of the systems and technology that underpin Corporate Security. From access control and CCTV to incident management and reporting platforms, you'll ensure our solutions are effective, resilient and deliver a seamless experience for colleagues and customers.

It's a role that combines technical expertise with strategic thinking. You'll use data to uncover insights, spot opportunities and support better decision-making, while working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive innovation, improve processes and strengthen our security capabilities.

Success in this role will mean delivering trusted systems, high-quality information and smarter ways of working that help Corporate Security stay one step ahead.

Skills and experience we're looking for

• Starting salary circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
