At Lockton Belfast, our team leverages decades of insurance expertise to craft innovative, tailormade solutions and complex programs for businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a results oriented Relationship Manager to join our Corporate New Business team, where you will nurture

and convert leads into appointments for our Development Executives within the Northern Irish

business community.

This dynamic role is perfect for a professional who thrives on challenge, embraces strategic thinking and is passionate about driving growth. This will include attending some of the appointments made and observing the sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead pipeline management and generation of appointments
  • Proactive lead generation
  • Process optimisation
  • Compliance

Within 18 months, our successful candidate will begin transitioning into a Trainee Development

Executive. This will include gaining hands-on experience by continuing to accompany our

Development Executives during client visits but taking an expanded role.
