Job description

Crone Corkill are seeking regular temporary receptionists to support our large client base due to desk growth and increasing client requirements. We are finding a higher volume of temporary reception cover across the board.

Our clients range from investment banking and finance to creative and other corporate environments.

This role would suit someone who is keen to carry out regular temporary reception cover and cannot commit to anything full-time or permanent at this time. It is ideal for someone working in another business field part-time, or someone who is unsure of their long-term direction and wants to gain exposure across various industries.

Typically, these roles include:
  1. Meeting & greeting guests, colleagues, stakeholders, and external clients.
  2. Managing switchboard, taking messages, and forwarding important communications and calls.
  3. Management of meeting rooms, setting up AV equipment, catering, and refreshments.
  4. Diary support - booking meetings for stakeholders.
  5. Ordering stock and stationary supplies.
  6. Admin & data management support.
