Corporate Receptionist - Church Stretton - Temporary (Immediate Start)

Location: Church Stretton

Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Hourly Pay Rate: £16.15 p/h via Umbrella

A world-leading service provider operating on an international scale is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist based in the Church Stretton area for a temporary contract at a large corporate office site. The ideal candidate should be very client-facing and have good experience working in a front-of-house environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Welcoming staff and visitors, acting as host to foster excellent relationships, including making refreshments as required.
  2. Managing staff parking and visitor spaces.
  3. Arranging business lunches, conference room bookings, and conference calls.
  4. Maintaining the tidiness of the front of house and regular checks of visitor washrooms.
  5. Managing all incoming and outgoing post, parcels, and couriers.
  6. Welcoming delivery drivers and couriers.
  7. Signing for parcels and recording in the post room for recipient collection.
  8. Updating telephone listings and liaising with the Service Centre to ensure contact lists are current for incoming calls.
  9. Answering internal calls only.
  10. Providing administrative support to the Service Centre, Finance Teams, or other departments as requested.
  11. Keeping all front-of-house literature up to date and tidy.
Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

  • Customer service and front-of-house experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, written).
  • Well-presented with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized individual.
