This role exists to lead and manage a team of underwriters, driving profitable growth and delivering excellent service while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. You'll be joining Aviva's Corporate Property team, which handles complex and high-value commercial property risks. The team is responsible for underwriting new and renewal business, managing broker and customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end policy journey. As the Corporate Property Manager, you'll oversee team performance, support development, manage budgets and plans, and handle complex technical referrals to ensure high-quality outcomes.
