As a Corporate Performance Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of how we measure, understand and improve performance across the Council.
Working closely with Directors, and Heads of Service you'll provide the insight, challenge and support needed to drive improvement and ensure delivery against corporate priorities.
You'll work with senior leaders to identify performance challenges, risks and opportunities, providing the support and constructive challenge needed to drive improvement, strengthen accountability and deliver better outcomes for residents.
