Percival is excited to be working exclusively with Empower Youth Zones to help recruit a new Corporate Partnerships Manager for their vibrant team.

Empower Youth Zones is the charity overseeing the award-winning youth charity HideOut Youth Zone in Gorton and the new Salford Youth Zone. These zones operate 7 days a week, featuring state-of-the-art facilities including a 3G pitch, climbing wall, gym, sports hall, recreation areas, and arts, music, and media suites.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic business development professional to lead the development of a Corporate Partnerships pipeline to secure funding for both sites.

Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Manager

Reports to: Senior Philanthropy Manager

Working Pattern: Full Time, Permanent

Location: 4 days per week in the office at HideOut (M12) and Salford Youth Zone (M6)

Within a small and dynamic fundraising team, you will contribute significantly to securing a legacy for thousands of local young people by generating new corporate income, seeking donations between £10,000-£25,000. You will shape and deliver Empower’s corporate fundraising plan, capitalizing on opportunities like charity of the year, corporate events, increasing corporate volunteering, payroll giving, and digital fundraising.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience and success in securing four- and five-figure gifts or strong transferable experience in business development or sales.
• Experience developing a pipeline of prospective donors/clients and proactively converting them to meet targets.
• Experience creating effective engagement and cultivation strategies for clients.
• Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding financial and non-financial targets.
• Confidence in making 'the ask.'
• A genuine passion for youth work.
