Job summary

St Michael's Hospice (North Hampshire) invites applications for a fundraising role focused on developing income from local businesses through corporate partnerships. The postholder will locate prospects, build proposals from first contact to support, and deepen relationships alongside the Community Engagement Lead.

The role is outward-facing and hybrid, with at least three office days weekly. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications

• Good standard of written English and numeracy demonstrated by qualifications or experience.
• Proactive networking and relationship-building with partners.
• Experience in business development, sales, fundraising or corporate partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new corporate partners across North Hampshire through outreach and research.
• Represent the Hospice at business networks, meetings and events with timely follow-up.
• Present partnership ideas, make asks, negotiate and carry opportunities to agreement.
