Job summary

Simon on the Streets in Leeds is seeking a Corporate Fundraiser to open doors, build strong corporate relationships and convert conversations into sustainable income. You will play a pivotal role in growing corporate income to six figures and beyond by creating pitches, developing a robust pipeline and engaging with decision-makers.

Working closely with the CEO and Operations Manager, you will manage opportunities from first contact to formal partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience building corporate relationships that lead to income.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Confidently approach, pitch to and influence decision-makers.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and convert prospects to partners.
• Strong storytelling and communication without jargon.
• Commercial judgement, energy and drive to hit stretching targets.
• Knowledge of Leeds and West Yorkshire business networks.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing corporate relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Identify and approach businesses to become valuable partners.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate prospects.
• Open doors via direct outreach, networking and introductions.
• Take leads from first conversation through to partnerships and income.
• Create pitches and proposals that motivate businesses to get involved.
• Maintain pipeline, follow-ups and income in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the wider team to drive corporate fundraising activities.
