Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is assisting a leading Suffolk-based firm to appoint a Corporate Partner / Legal Director. A locally-based or London-based senior lawyer with partnership ambitions is sought to balance quality work with enhanced work-life balance.

The successful candidate will help grow the corporate practice across East Anglia and nationally, supported by a leading Legal 500 Tier1 team and an ambitious, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Seek a Partner to further grow corporate presence in East Anglia and nationally.
• Current sectors include Energy & Infrastructure, Food & Beverage, Healthcare and Motor.
• The team advises on mergers, acquisitions and disposals for sellers, buyers, management teams, and private equity funds.
• Firm commits to ongoing growth and will provide senior associate and associate support as well as a budget to hire if required.

Role

• Seeking a Partner to further grow their corporate presence in East Anglia and nationally, collaborating closely with the team, colleagues and external contacts
• Current sectors include Energy and Infrastructure, Food and Beverage, Healthcare and Motor. We would welcome partners with experience in these as well as other sectors
• The team advise on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and disposals, acting for sellers and buyers, management teams, and private equity and venture capital funds
• Commitment from the firm to further grow and support this hire with senior associate and associate support in place as well as a budget to hire if required
