G2 Legal Limited in Leeds is seeking a Corporate Partner or Legal Director to join a busy corporate and commercial team. The role involves leading corporate work for SMEs/OMB with typical 5–15 million deals and potential for quick promotion to partner.

You will work closely with the head of corporate and lead a team of solicitors within a thriving firm that has moved to brand new offices in the city. The position offers flexibility, a supportive environment, and a hybrid working model designed

Corporate Partner and also Legal Director. Leeds

My client are a leading city based regional firm, whose corporate and commercial team are in a period of rapid growth and investment. They have a new head of corporate from a leading international firm who has also hired several associates in to the team recently. Further a new commercial partner too and data team. They are now looking for another Corporate Partner and or Legal Director (with potential for quick promotion to partner) to join alongside and work closely with the head of corporate.

This is traditional corporate work with SMEs and OMBs in the main - 5 - 15 million deal sizes typically. Though increasingly they are taking on larger deals. You do not need a following, (enough to cover your basic would be great of course in the first year) but certainly someone who enjoys networking would be ideal and also would be happy leading a team of solicitors where appropriate. There is a lot of work already there, they are incredibly busy.

My client has just moved into brand new stunning and state art offices in the city too. A solid package awaits the right person as well as a ton of flexibility and hybrid.
