Job summary

Michael Page Legal is seeking a Corporate Partner for a growing regional law firm in the North West. The role involves leading on a broad range of corporate matters, driving growth, and mentoring lawyers.

You will develop client relationships across the region, supervise junior lawyers, and work with colleagues to maximise cross-selling opportunities, shaping the future direction of the Corporate practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
• Broad experience in advising on corporate transactions and commercial matters.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
• Play a key role in the strategic growth and development of the Corporate team.
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients across the region.
• Supervise, mentor and support junior lawyers within the team.

The Corporate Partner will be:

• Leading on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder matters.
• Playing a key role in the strategic growth and development of the Corporate team.
• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients across the region.
• Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team.
• Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities.

Profile

The Corporate Partner should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
• Experienced in advising on a broad range of corporate transactions and commercial matters.
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Commercially aware with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experienced in supervising and developing junior lawyers.
• Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the continued growth of a successful regional practice.
