We’re working with a top-tier US law firm in London on an opportunity to support a senior partner known for leading on complex, high-value international transactions — particularly in capital markets and cross-border M&A. This is a chance to learn from the very best, in a role that blends legal support, deal coordination, and direct partner-facing exposure.

You’ll be at the centre of fast-paced transactions, working closely with legal and business teams across Europe and beyond. It’s demanding, no doubt — but if you’re ambitious, resilient, and ready to put in the hours, this role could open serious doors in the long term with a number of the firm's current Associates having started their careers in this role.

The ideal candidate:

• A recent law graduate (or equivalent) with a sharp, commercial mind

• Proactive, fast-thinking, and able to hold your own in high-pressure situations

• Hard-working, detail-oriented and not phased by volume or pace

• Bonus: Greek language skills (not essential but beneficial)

• Prior paralegal or internship experience in a transactional legal environment would be an advantage
