Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking an Onsite Advisor to manage the day-to-day running of a corporate customer on-site at their premises in Leicester, UK. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with a base salary of £28,578 plus bonus and Vodafone benefits.

You will be the first point of contact for technical, network and billing queries, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality service delivery while working closely with the accounts team.

Qualifications

• Previous Telco Business Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage own time to deliver great service at all times.
• Excellent keyboard skills and systems knowledge.
• Interest / understanding of Mobile devices including features / benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the corporate customer on-site.
• Process orders, calls, letters, e-mails and maintain customer databases.
• Provide expert advice on technical, network and billing queries.
• Produce monthly MI and billing reports and analysis.
• Maintain relationships with customer, end users and accounts team.
• Attend meetings to drive improvements and cost savings.
• Offer end-user support on device and tariff information.
• Assist training of cover advisers to maintain service levels.
• Support other Vodafone HQ departments to resolve queries on account.
