Vodafone is recruiting an Onsite Adviser to manage day-to-day operations for one of its corporate customers in Coalville, Leicestershire. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a base salary of £28,578 plus bonus and Vodafone benefits.

You will ensure smooth running of the mobile strategy and maintain strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have previous telco customer service experience, excellent keyboard skills and be able to work onsite.

Qualifikationen

• Previous telco business customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent keyboard skills and systems knowledge.
• Interest / understanding of Mobile devices and tariffs.

Aufgaben

• Dealing with all aspects of account administration including processing orders, calls, letters, emails, maintaining databases, and resolving queries efficiently.
• Provide and QA MI and monthly electronic billing reports; produce regular reporting packs and analysis.
• First point of contact and responsible for maintaining relationships with customer, end users and accounts team.
• Attend and contribute meetings with customer and accounts team to drive improvements and cost saving.
• Act as front line support offering end users advice on devices, tariffs, product range and pricing.
• Provide end user assistance for porting and migrating onto Vodafone Network.
• Support with training of cover advisors to maintain seamless service.
• Assist other Vodafone HQ departments in resolving queries and improving site efficiencies.
