Eclectic Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a Corporate Associate in London at around 2–4 PQE. The role offers involvement in high‑quality, sophisticated transactional work alongside a broad mix of M&A and corporate matters for UK and international clients.

You will work closely with partners on UK and cross‑border transactions, private acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings, with significant responsibility and strong client exposure.

Formación

• 2–4 PQE in corporate/M&A
• Trained and qualified with a UK or international law firm
• Solid Corporate/M&A experience and ability to run/lead workstreams
• Comfort with complex, multi‑party, cross‑border matters
• Strong academics and technical ability

Responsabilidades

• Work on UK and cross‑border M&A
• Handle private acquisitions and disposals
• Engage in joint ventures and strategic investments
• Assist with corporate reorganisations and restructurings
• Support general corporate advisory work and multi‑jurisdictional transactions
