Job summary

Eclectic Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Corporate Associate to join a London-based corporate team, handling a broad range of M&A transactions.

The role covers advising on public and private deals, domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating corporate documentation, and coordinating with clients and colleagues across jurisdictions.

You will work closely with partners, gain exposure to international matters, and develop a strong technical grounding in corporate law.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-4 years' PQE, although candidates outside this range are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience advising on M&A transactions.
• A solid grounding in corporate law gained within private practice.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• The ability to manage matters effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.

An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join an established Corporate team in London, working across a broad range of M&A transactions.

The role

The successful candidate will advise on a varied mix of corporate matters, including:

• Public and private M&A transactions
• Domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals
• Transactions involving listed businesses, international organisations and financial sponsors
• Drafting and negotiating a range of corporate documentation
• Managing transactions through the various stages of a deal
• Working closely with clients and colleagues across different practice areas and jurisdictions

About you

We are interested in hearing from Corporate lawyers with:

• Approximately 2-4 years' PQE, although candidates outside this range are also encouraged to apply
