The London corporate team handles high-value, complex, and challenging matters for clients both domestically and internationally across the renewable energy, mining, oil and gas, life sciences, healthcare, technology, media, telecoms, financial services, retail, and sports sectors.
My client are currently looking to add a talented corporate lawyer, with strong experience and interest in M&A work (private), as well as Equity financings.
The salary bracket for the roles starts at £97k from 1 PQE, up to £105k at 3 PQE, in addition to a relatively industry standard bonus scheme, activated for hitting the hours target of 1400.
The successful corporate associate joining this team will handle a full range of corporate work, which will include:
