Job summary

Doist is seeking a Corporate Lending Case Manager to oversee lending cases from application to drawdown. You will work with Underwriters, Sales Teams, brokers, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth progression and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring pipelines, maintaining compliant documentation, and producing MI reports while coaching the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate lending cases from application through to completion and drawdown
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, brokers, and stakeholders, providing excellent service and regular updates
• Coordinate with Underwriters, Sales Teams, Portfolio Managers, Solicitors, and Valuers to progress applications efficiently
• Monitor case pipelines, manage timelines, resolve issues, and escape risks where required
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in line with lending and regulatory requirements
• Support loan offers, valuations, legal processes, and completion activities
• Produce MI reporting, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve processes
• Provide coaching and support to the wider team
